Reviewing my 2012 Jetta

Hey everyone, today I will review my 2012 Volkswagen Jetta S. Thats right 2.0l n/a and proud(not really but it was cheap). First I'll tell you about how I got it and how long I’ve had it. Then we’ll go into what I like and don't like about it. And finally my complete review of it, how it drives, how it handles, POWER!! And why I want and dont want to sell it.

It is a 2012 Volkswagen Jetta S, so again the 2.slow base model with heated seats, ac, manual mirrors and it is a manual. Also I have some aftermarket goodies like ECS tuning coilovers, 18” Fifteen52 Turbomacs with 245/40r18 Firestone Firehawk 500 tires and a muffler delete because the old one fell off...... welcome to rusty Quebec winters.... So I’ve had the car for around 3 years and haven't had any major complaints, other then the fact that it only makes 115hp. At the crank! Let me tell you when it comes time to pass an 18 wheeler, you better be prepared.

Now let's get into the details of what I like and don't like about it. For starters the car was (I say was because 350$ coilovers & 18”s can have quite the effect on that) comfy, but even with the suspension added it really isn't all that bad. Especially if you live in a place with nice roads, unlike where I do. The interior is decent for the price of the car, it doesn't really rattle the radio is good, speakers are fine, but all in all I would give it a 6.5/10. The first thing I want to say about the car is that I really don't like the fucking roof line and windows. Now you might be asking your self why? Whats wrong with that? Well if you like to have your windows open like I do when driving around then make sure you don't do it when its raining or even drizzling or shit even if there is a little, tiny amount of water on the roof cause that shit will come flying through the fucking window! End of rant. But seriously their isn't really much to hate or dislike about the car. I mean yeah the steering feel could be much better and I'm sure on something like a GLI, it probably is. Or the fact that I don't have a touch screen radio but for a base model I cant complain.

As a final conclusion, I like my car and i think it drives pretty good even after adding the suspension, wheels and tires. Its no sports car but a fun daily driver in my opinion. Would I suggest it to someone? Yeah probably as a first car or something that is crazy reliable and gets good gas mileage. Having the 2.0l is great as repairs are fairly cheap and gas mileage is great!

Thats it! Again leave a review of what you thought and ill be back soon to review more things!
